What comes in the box?
Each system includes the SPIDER X Slim main unit, separate battery, 40 mm speakers, microphone options, helmet mounting hardware, interchangeable faceplates and USB-C charging cable. A Single Pack contains one system; a Dual Pack contains two.
Does the limited lifetime warranty really apply?
Yes. Sena lists SPIDER X Slim under its limited lifetime manufacturer warranty for the original end-user purchaser. The battery has five-year cover for at least 50% of its original capacity, and the clamp has five-year defect cover. Conditions and exclusions apply; coverage ends five years after the product is discontinued. This does not limit your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Can I use it with my phone and music?
Yes, Bluetooth 5.3 supports compatible phone calls, music and navigation. Rider-to-rider communication uses Mesh; it does not provide traditional Bluetooth headset-to-headset intercom.
Is it suitable for wet-weather riding?
SPIDER X Slim has an IPX7 waterproof rating. Follow the product manual for use, care and charging.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Our 30-day change-of-mind return policy applies to unused products in their original undamaged packaging, subject to the published conditions. Read the returns policy before opening or fitting your unit.
