SHIPPING CHARGES

FOR OUR RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Orders are shipped using Australia Post Express.

A flat rate of $15.00 shipping applies to all orders below the value of $100. 

Orders over the value of $100 are shipped free.
We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large orders.

SHIPPING METHOD
Australia Post eParcel is a door to door service.

We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes.
When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name.

All orders must be signed for on delivery.
If you are not present when delivery takes place a postal card will be left and

the parcel will be available for collection from the nearest post office for a brief period,

according to Australia Post standards.

 

 

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed.

Orders placed by 1pm (AWST) can be dispatched same day.  

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Most orders take 1-3 days for delivery, however orders to remote areas may take up to 5 days.
 


TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched you will automatically receive tracking details.  

You also have the ability to track your order if you have created an account.
