Returns and Warranty

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
RETURNS - You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original undamaged packaging.
Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice and a note advising your reason for the return.
Refunds, Exchange, Store Credit - Once we receive your item, it will be inspected to confirm it's saleable condition.
Aafter inspecting the return we will notify you on the status of your Refund/Exchange/StoreCredit.
If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
AUSTRALIAN WARRANTY - Sena Australia handles warranty assessments for Sena products purchased from authorised Australian Dealers. If you need support with your Sena device, please give us a call and we can provide the 3 Trouble Shooting Remedies and any appropriate assistance over the phone.  If the remedies do not resolve the issue for you, and your device is within the warranty period we can do a warranty assessment for you.

OVERSEAS PURCHASES - Parallel imports occur when Sena products have been imported from outside of Australia by a consumer. If your purchase is from an overseas supplier, you will need to make contact with them for warranty asssistance.

Sena Australia only provides assistance for goods purchased from authorised Australian Dealers.  If you have purchased your goods from outside of Australia and require local assistance to correct any fault or user issues, an overseas handling fee will apply.
