Returns and Warranty Policy

Thanks for shopping at Sena Australia.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns - You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original undamaged packaging.
Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice and a note advising your reason for the return.
Refunds, Exchange, Store Credit
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected to confirm it's saleable condition and notify you that we have received your returned item. 
We will immediately notify you on the status of your Refund/Exchange/StoreCredit after inspecting the item.
If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Warranty Policy

All Sena products are covered by a Two (2) year manufacturers warranty.
Other non Sena products are covered by a Twelve (12) month warranty.
